I need to audition with one contempory song and one classical song, any suggestions for an alto/soprano(mezzo-soprano) and are there any good sites to fine 16 bars of sheet music online? Thanks

The Ave Maria or the aria from Aida (I forget the name). Both songs are so beautiful, they may not notice any errors you make.

You should purchase the book “28 Italian Art Songs and Arias.” They’re all easy to learn and you can buy different editions of the book for different voice types. If you don’t like the idea of singing in Italian, there are other collections of art songs from all different languages.
