High School Musical songs, Nelly Furtado, Pink, Hilary Duff, JoJo and maybe Kelly Clarkson.

Wake Up - Hilary Duff (quite simple to sing) most hilary duff songs are straight forward
Try - Nelly Furtado
Im Not Dead or Who Knew - Pink
How To Touch A Girl - JoJo maybe but its a bit low

If you are a mezzo soprano most soubrette songs are the easiest to sing this is why Hilary Duff type songs are good.
