What song should I sing at a talent show?
July 9th, 2006 | by song |A Person (Who is a Girl) asked:
The song has to be good for old people, fun, easy for a girl to sing, and fun. I was thinking of some beatles song but I dson’t know which one to choose. Also this show is semi important because it is for our semi annual family reunion.

I was going to suggest the Beatles so you’re one step ahead of me.
“Yellow Submarine” would be great. Its easy to play, its fun, everyone knows it and if they don’t you can write out the words for them and every Beatles book has it. It was written for Ringo who sang it and does not have a great voice. John and Paul always wrote for him with that in mind.
So there you go!

Sing ‘I wanna hold your hand’ by the beatles. And even though it was meant to be sung by a guy, who cares! Sing it the way they did in ‘Across the Universe’, slower and deeper.
Good luck!
