yes…also, julie was hot…but i have to say..as poetic and beautiful his album was (the first one)i prefer dylan`s john wesley hardin`,poetic, rockin`,sad and also has a bit of humor and sarcasm (two things that cohen didnt had)life is joy and death as well!

Anyone notice after repeating “I told you when I came I was a stranger” several times he sheds a tear? Cohen is a living legend.

I totally agree. I’m a Singer/Songwriter myself, and that is one of my primary drives: to convey emotion through sound. I can relate completely.

this song triggered something in me. this is what i would consider to be music.. an art form that conveys and emotion through the medium of sound.. i **** what “music” has become.. we need some one who feels real feelings and not the pressure to earn more money than the next “musician”

I wasn’t born until 1970, but it’s true…real talent and music travel through time to touch our hearts. Great video! Thanks for this video! 5* D2

I’m pretty sure his eyes are just watering…he stares, staring w/out blinking much makes your eyes water. Either way, such tears reveal the intensity of this performance.
