He didn`t care about money, he wanted fans to listen to the texsts in his songs, and show some anger about political things f. eks. You are a hero Strummer!

No, it’s not. It’s the video for the song Redemption song; it’s on Streetcore(which obviously was recorded before Joe died, but it was released posthumously) This video was released much earlier than the documentary : )

Every time I see this video, I always start crying. It is a beautiful song by an amazing man, (bothe Bob Marley and Joe Strummer). I wish that I had the opportunity to see Joe when he was with the Clash, or even the Mescaleros.
R.I.P. Joe!!!

I’m not saying he was not a great artist. You have to be stupid to judge me just because I expressed my opinion about his voice. Marley’s version is a 1000 times better, no way.

outofmind6, everyone is entitled to their opinion in this world. Unfortunately, your opinion is incorrect.

Strummer was one of a kind. His score to Alex Cox’s film Walker is one of the best film scores of all time and certainly one of the most underrated.

Something tells me Bob would more than approve.
I can’t think of two better ambassadors for the human race than Strummer and Marley.
