Just sayin’ that with no government to enforce certain basic rules, which exist to protect us, then the ass-kicking begins. Evntually we would lapse back into a loose fuedal system, from which government then re-evolve. It’s part of what what humans are.

I didn’t say anarchy. Because I don’t think anarchy would work. Just near enough the same society but with no government. I see them as having no purpose. I think we would need police, because as humans we need to keep each other in line, but as humans, we don’t deserve to be controlled, and thus, we should eradicate government. It will never happen because they’ve controlled us too long for most people to think any different.
So sorry Captain Militarism, but I wasn’t referring to anarchy.

I love Monty Python. I **** all government, my own country’s and America’s, because all they do is control us, yet I am proud of being English. And people trying to win arguments by saying who’s won more wars and who’s more powerful and who’s army is harder has no real sense of how the world should be run.
I think that’s covered all the discussion points.

yes your right, but the queen still has no real power. she is the figurehead uniting the commonwealth. im not saying britain has no power, it definantly does, but, heck, after diana died they were considering disbanding the royal familly after elizabeth died (they decided not too of course). Britain and the commanwealth have power, not the queen.

England conquered the world and has won more fuckign wars then you can count. Thats why the UN deploys British dimplomats to the midle-east becuase they have all the experience.
The queen is a very very important political figure and has more power then anyone on the planet but she never uses it.
