What song is being played during the introduction of the Tampa Bay Rays at Citizens Bank Park?

As the player’s names are announced, there is some song about fish in the background. It sounds like it’s a children’s song; the antithesis of a hyped-up intro song. Pretty funny, actually.

So what is it and/or where is it from?

I don’t know the name but I think it was the Phillies way of trying to get into the Tampa Bay players heads by calling them fishies. as soon as I heard it I went online to try to find it and I still can’t, but it was pretty catchy and I can’t get it out of my head.
